Indivior executes share buyback and cancellation

Individual plc (GB:INDV) posted an update.

Indivior plc announced the repurchase and subsequent cancellation of 25,188 of its ordinary shares at prices ranging from £14.35 to £14.50 per share, with an average price of £14.42. Following these transactions, the total number of outstanding voting shares of Indivior stands at 135,287,462, all of which are eligible for trading as none are directly held. This acquisition is part of the company’s ongoing efforts to effectively manage its share capital.
