REAL Housewives of Orange County fans were completely stunned after actor Ryan Boyajian was named as a participant in Shohei Ohtani’s translator financial scandal.

Ohtani’s former performer, Ippei Mizuhara, has been accused of stealing $16 million from the Los Angeles Dodgers superstar to feed his gambling addiction.

Boyajian, 47, was named as the associate of the bookmaker to whom Mizuhara transferred money to pay his gambling debts, as reported by ESPN.

In the criminal complaint filed against Mizuhara, Mathew Bowyer, the illegal bookmaker under investigation, informed the performer that he could pay his gambling debts by transferring money to the associate’s account of Bowyer, known in the complaint as “Associate 1.”

According to ESPN’s sources, the associate mentioned in the complaint is none other than RHOC star Boyajian.

The TV personality is engaged to Real Housewives star Jennifer Pedranti, 46.

Boyajian used the account at Bowyer to finance their real estate projects.

He and Bowyer, 49, have been close friends and business associates for nearly 20 years.

Court records revealed that when Bowyer declared bankruptcy in 2011, Boyajian loaned him $245,000.

Steven Katzman, Boyajian’s criminal attorney, revealed that Boyajian was working with federal authorities.

He told ESPN: “As there is an active investigation and Ryan is working with authorities, he cannot confirm or deny what is happening.

“It’s not a bookmaker or a sub-bookmaker,” Katzmann added.

Multiple sources said Boyajian was granted immunity for his testimony.
