Trustpilot finalizes share buyback and plan cancellation

Trustpilot Group Plc (GB:TRST) posted an update.

Trustpilot Group Plc announced the acquisition of 18,136 of its own shares on May 8, 2024 as part of a share buyback program announced earlier in January. The shares were purchased on the London Stock Exchange at prices ranging from GBp 202.50 to GBp 206.00 per share, with a volume weighted average price of GBp 204.34. Following the purchase, Trustpilot plans to cancel all acquired shares.
