Dog Haus Introduces New Colorado Green Chili-Inspired Menu

In a culinary homage to Colorado’s famous green chile, Dog Haus, best known for its gourmet hot dogs, sausages and burgers, is launching a new menu line available nationwide this May.

Although rooted in California, Dog Haus embarks on a flavorful journey to the Rocky Mountains with its latest creations, drawing inspiration from the Centennial State’s iconic dish, Colorado Green Chili.

By May 31, 2024, Dog Haus locations across the country will introduce three new items infused with the essence of the Rockies:

• Colorado Green Chili Sausage: Made with smoked green chile, jack cheese and pork sausage, topped with Colorado green chile sauce, corn tortilla strips, cotija cheese and green onions, all nestled in toasted King’s Hawaiian Rolls.
• Colorado Green Chili Burrito: A tasty blend of smoked green chili, jack cheese and pork sausage, accompanied by three fried eggs, Colorado green chili sauce, white American and cotija cheeses, corn tortilla strips and green onions, all wrapped in toasted flour. tortilla.
• Hot Colorado Green Chile Queso Fries: Hot, highly seasoned fries, sprinkled with cotija cheese and served with a side of Colorado green chile queso.

Continuing its commitment to social responsibility, Dog Haus will donate $1 to No Kid Hungry, its national charity partner, for every Colorado Green Chili item sold. No Kid Hungry is committed to ending child hunger in America by ensuring every child has access to nutritious meals every day.

Dog Haus’ collaboration with No Kid Hungry has now entered its fifth consecutive year, having provided more than 5 million meals to children in need to date.
