American Idol Favorite Abi Carter Writes Humbling Thank You Message to Adele

While hoping the judges would grant her a ticket to Hollywood, Abi Carter saw her stardom continue to grow. Finding himself in the Top 5 on American idol, the budding singer is still somewhat shocked by her new success. With only four other singers in her path, Carter hopes to become the next American idol. Recently, the candidates had the privilege of performing Adèle’s songs. Having won numerous Grammy Awards for her contribution to music, Carter would be sure to take a moment to thank Adele for creating so many hit songs.

Sharing a post on Instagram, Carter posted a photo of herself on American idol. She also captioned the post writing, “Okay wait for the last one for the night before I go to bed! I’d like to take the time to thank Adele for making so many absolute boppers. This night was magical. Having the opportunity to sing a song by an artist that I admire and admire SO MUCH was not only an honor, but also humbling and exciting. Thanks @adele”

Abi Carter still shocked to be on ‘American Idol’
