Brutal attack on man caught on CCTV: strangles victim with belt and drags between cars

A video has gone viral on social media that shows a masked man coming up behind an unsuspecting woman and putting a belt around her neck. The man is then seen in the video dragging the woman on the sidewalk between two parked cars nearby and allegedly sexually abusing her.

Users who posted the video wrote that the incident happened in the Bronx, New York City. We have not been able to confirm the veracity of the CCTV footage, or whether it actually took place in the Bronx.

People were outraged by the video and made their voices heard on social media. Many have also raised questions about the safety of people living in New York and whether it is actually safe to live in the city.

“Why do people still live in New York!! It’s crazy they should carry a taser or something, it’s getting worse and worse with women this way. It shows what they’re going to do everywhere soon “wrote one user.

“This is absolutely disturbing. He must have done this to others before. New York is too busy chasing protesters to deal with people like this🤦‍♂️,” wrote another.

“Sickening. Especially considering all the time and money they’re wasting on Trump’s witch trials! The left only cares about staying in power,” said another.

“For those of you who don’t know. This happened in the Bronx. This monster then stripped the unconscious victim and himself naked and sexually assaulted her. God help us,” wrote the fourth.

Although New York’s overall crime rate has declined in recent years, assaults on women are becoming a headache for law enforcement.

Recently, several incidents have been reported in which women were punched in the face by unknown men while walking on the street, some in broad daylight, with some victims being on the phone. The NYPD confirmed two arrests, including Skiboky Stora, accused of assaulting a woman on Seventh Avenue near 17th Street.
