Anna Manning was proposed for election as director at the meeting. However, due to her personal situation, she did not run for office and her nomination was postponed. Anna is an accomplished leader and we are very pleased that she has agreed to join the Manulife Board of Directors and we anticipate that she will be appointed in the next quarter.
