Toronto, Ontario–(Newsfile Corp. – May 9, 2024) – Leon’s Furniture Limited (TSX:NFL) (“LFL“or the”Business“), announced today that all candidate directors listed in the management information circular dated February 21, 2024 were elected directors of Meubles Léon Limitée. The vote took place at the annual meeting of shareholders of the Company, which took place on May 8, 2024, in Toronto, the results of the vote are presented at the bottom of this press release.

Final results on all matters voted on at the annual meeting held on May 8, 2024 will be filed with Canadian securities regulators.
