Harry then noted that mental health is “still something we’re relatively uncertain about,” adding: “But guess what, every single person in this room, the youngest, the oldest, every single person has mental health.” take care of yourself so you can help others, others need to take care of themselves so they can take care of you.

The Duke of Sussex continued: “There’s no shame in being able to admit that today is a bad day. Okay? If you woke up this morning feeling sad, if you left school feeling stressed, if you have lost a loved one in your family who you usually go to or talk to, all these things you might think are not topics for conversation. We are here for you today. say that this is not the case.
