‘What the hell’: Nia Jax caught screaming after botching chair move on Liv Morgan during live event

Now, in 2024, she continues to display a penchant for the unexpected, as seen recently in a match with Liv Morgan.

WWE recently held a non-broadcast live event in Chattanooga, Tennessee. The show saw LA Knight defeat Santos Escobar in a WWE King of the Ring Tournament first round match. Tiffany Stratton won her match against Michin for the first round of the Queen of the Ring tournament. Stars like Cody Rhodes, AJ Styles, Damian Priest and Jey Uso were also there and competed. However, none of the matches above have made the rounds on social media as much as Jax’s. The one that did it was the Street Fight between Morgan and Jax.

Nia Jax botches chair setup on turnbuckle for Liv Morgan

During the match, Nia Jax attempts to set up a chair between the turnbuckles. After several attempts, he can be heard saying: “What the hell,” in disappointment. Leaving the chair on the second turnbuckle, she continues her attack on Morgan. However, near the end of the match, the chair comes back into play as Morgan throws Jax into it, knocking him out. The match took place on a house show, so it was not broadcast despite KOTR qualifying matches and even title matches on the card.

Wrestlers can be more themselves with the audience rather than sticking to their characters. Despite the heel character played by Jax, she enjoys a strong online following on social media thanks to her Instagram Reels and TikTok account.

Jax still has her sights set on the WWE Women’s World Championship, as she did during her return to the company last year.
