Manuel Ugarte offered to AC Milan and Juventus with PSG open to a sale this summer

Manuel Ugarte offered to AC Milan and Juventus with PSG open to a sale this summer

Although he is only present at the Parc des Princes for one season, Manuel Ugarte (23) faces an uncertain future at PSG, according to The Team.

The Parisians’ work on the transfer market in the summer of 2023 was extensive and included the acquisition of Manuel Ugarté for 60 million euros from Sporting. PSG beat Chelsea thanks to the signing of the Uruguayan international midfielder. However, the summer signing from PSG has clearly not had the desired effect since his arrival in the French capital.

With Luis Enrique appearing unconvinced by Ugarte’s contributions since his arrival, the club are now open to the possibility of a sale. Paris Saint-Germain even offered the player to Juventus and AC Milan, The Team reports. It remains to be seen whether any of the Serie A clubs will attract interest in the former Sporting defensive midfielder.

Not for sale at any price

Although PSG are open to a potential sale this summer, the Ligue 1 champions will not sell the Uruguayan midfielder at any price. If the Parisians want to sell Ugarte, they hope to recoup as much as the transfer fee they paid for him during the last summer transfer window.
