HENRICO COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) — Barnes & Noble Bookstore has announced the closure of its Glen Allen location.

After 23 years as the Glen Allen area’s bookseller of choice, the Barnes & Noble located on Brook Road is now coming to an end.

According to Barnes & Noble, the store will close because the owner chose to remodel it. The last day for this location will be Sunday June 23.

However, the retailer said it was close to announcing the new location. Richmond customers are recommended to shop at the Short Pump store at 11640 West Broad St. and the Libbie Place store at 5501 West Broad St.
