Legend, Bryan Adams is touring the UK in May and June

A concert attendee said she was “shocked” to discover there was no parking available for a Bryan Adams concert.

All reservable parking spaces for a show at Thetford Forest have been sold.

Ro Williams said she didn’t know how she would get to a location “in the middle of nowhere.”

Concert promoters Cuffe and Taylor said people could travel to the concert by shuttle.

The company, which was contracted by Forestry England to organize outdoor concerts, said it was offering the buses as a “greener travel option”.

Ms Williams, from Blythburgh, Suffolk, said she was concerned that with an influx of people needing the shuttle, it would also not be possible to park in Thetford.

“Why would they sell more tickets than they have on-site parking? It just doesn’t make sense to me.”

The 74-year-old added: “I go to concerts regularly so I know what it’s like. It was definitely a shock.”

Legend, Tom Jones is also set to play at Thetford Forest in June

Other stars set to perform at Thetford Forest this summer include Sting, Tom Jones and Paloma Faith.

A spokesperson for promoters Cuffe and Taylor said they were “very excited” about putting on the concerts, but the parking lot was full for the Bryan Adams and Sting shows.

“This year we are excited to offer our customers a greener travel option with a return shuttle service running frequently from the town of Thetford,” he said.

Although she still worries about how she will make it with family and friends, Williams said she “can’t wait” for the concert because she loves live music events.

“I actually just got back from Dublin where I saw Bruce Springsteen. I’m going to see Bryan Adams in June, then I’ll see the Kaiser Chiefs.”
