Take a shot at Caitlin Clark

…In the now deleted post

Angel Reese was in top form after an impressive victory against Breanna Stewart and the New York Liberty on Thursday… and the WNBA star decided to take a chance Caitlin Clark before deleting it.

But nothing goes over the Internet!

The 6-foot-3 forward celebrated his victory by tweeting… “And it’s about winning in a crowded area and not just because of one player on our charter flight. #SKYTOWN.”

The blunt message came after the Chicago Sky handed the Liberty its first loss of the season… and Reese — the No. 7 overall pick in the 2024 WNBA Draft — had 13 points and nine rebounds in the victory.

Of course, it’s clear Reese was throwing shade at Clark… because his Fever team is still winless at 0-5. Still, Cailtin received a ton of adulation from everyone, all over the world. LeBron James has Charles Barkley for his impact on the league. She is also credited with organizing charter flights for women.

Watch out for the game with LeBron James and JJ Redick

It seems Angel feels something about what was said.

Reese’s post remained online for several hours before she deleted it…but not before fans took screenshots.

“Jealousy is petty,” one fan responded. “CC is the best thing to happen to the WNBA to date.”

The beef between Reese and Clark began in 2023 during the college basketball national championship game… when Angel taunted Catlin with the John Cena “You can not see me” wave.

However, it seemed like things calmed down between the stars when they were seen smiling together at the WNBA draft.

But after last night’s tweet, things don’t seem so cool anymore.
