People all over the world are learning the lyrics to Marshall’s new hit, and so is his trusted hypeman, Mr. Porter.

At least that’s what he said while commenting on the “Houdini” rhyme scheme video posted on Spited’s Instagram page. Denaun left a comment showing that he has to work hard this weekend:

Please make the rest of the song 😂🔥🔥🔥I have to learn it by Monday 😂😂😂 much easier to follow

This can only mean that the live show is coming, and it’s coming soon.

Let’s look for an opportunity that could theoretically put Eminem among the artists in the lineup. There’s no surer bet than the upcoming opening of Detroit’s architectural landmark.

Michigan Central Station will open on June 6, 2024, after a year of renovation. A live show of epic proportions will mark the event. Artists have not yet been announced, but the major milestone in the opening of the once-abandoned historic Michigan Central Station will be celebrated with a concert featuring a lineup of legendary Detroit artists, media outlets promise . A company that has produced television events such as the Super Bowl and Oscar halftime shows will also work on Michigan Central’s grand opening concert. This event is free to attend and will be broadcast live around the world.

Knowing that Marshall always shows up in his hometown, it’s easy to imagine that he will be one of those legendary Detroit artists.

Another recent social media post supports this version and also hints at an exciting collaboration. A week ago, another Detroit legend, Jack White, posted photos of Eminem on his Instagram account. Of course, this sparked rumors about their possible collaboration, while some more reserved fans suggested it might be an allusion to both of them being involved in the opening of Michigan’s Central Station.

But why not both? Being on the same stage in different time slots probably wouldn’t warrant Jack White being excited enough to leave hints on his social media. Meanwhile, we know that Marshall doesn’t shy away from unexpected collaborations and works well with rock music and rock musicians. His Hall of Fame performance with Aerosmith’s Steven Tyler is a good recent example of such synergy. So it’s not impossible that Jack White will lend his fierce guitar skills to Eminem’s next performance.

So rehearsals start tomorrow. The cats may be out of the bag by then, but we may have to wait until Thursday, June 6 to see Marshall perform his new song on stage for the first time.
