“Tiki-inspired” restaurant opens in Ohio

GRANDVIEW HEIGHTS, Ohio (WCMH) – A bar and restaurant offering cocktails, all-day brunch, a selection of bubble tea and more is opening in Grandview Heights.

Loco Social will have its grand opening Monday at 7 a.m. at 1291 Grandview Ave., according to its social media page. The restaurant opens its doors in the hope of giving customers the feeling of being on vacation, offering them an experience different from other restaurants.

Loco Social describes its venue as having a “tiki-inspired atmosphere” serving several drinks, food and more that fit its theme. Guests can enjoy freshly prepared juices, salads and entrees as well as breakfast and brunch options.

Loco Social also offers treats ranging from pastries and snacks to coffee, bubble tea, smoothies and more. The menu also features a number of “tiki cocktails,” including Pina Coladas, daiquiris and punches.

With the official opening on Monday, the bar and restaurant will open their doors early on May 31 from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m., June 1 from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. and June 2 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. with selected specialties.

Loco Social will be open Sunday and Monday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., Tuesday to Saturday from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. The Tiki Bar will also be open Thursday to Saturday from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m.
