Coronation Street spoilers – Nick and Toyah share a shock kiss

The Bistro’s businessman gives in to temptation after weeks of tension surrounding Leanne’s links to a cult.

Next week’s episodes see Toyah in turmoil after being reported to the police over her tragic past.

Toyah recently opened up to Nick and Leanne about how she gave birth to a stillborn child aged 19 after Phil Simmonds raped her. She buried the baby in a park and kept silent about her devastating loss for years.

In new scenes, Toyah is arrested on suspicion of murder, after someone uses her heartbreaking story to make false allegations against her.

After being questioned by the police, Toyah receives a delivery of yellow roses at the Bistro.

Toyah explains the importance to Nick and realizes that the head of the Institute, Rowan Cunliffe, must have been the one who reported her to the police.

Toyah then confronts Leanne with the roses and the card that came with them. Leanne admits that she told Rowan about Toyah’s past, which seems to confirm that he is the one taunting her.

Nick is dismayed by what he hears and warns Leanne that he will end their relationship unless she cuts all ties with Rowan and the Institute.

Later in the week, a suspicious Nick questions Leanne about exactly how close she is to Rowan. Leanne promises Nick she will never cheat on him.

Nick and Toyah then have their own private conversation, admitting that a secret kiss they shared was a big mistake. Will they be arrested for betraying Leanne?

Coronation Street broadcasts these scenes on Monday, June 10 and Wednesday, June 12.
