Millersville House Goes On Fire, Multi-Agency Teamwork Shuts Down

MILLERSVILLE, TENNESSEE: (Smokey Barn News) – At approximately 6:20 p.m. Saturday, the Millersville Fire Department, along with the Goodlettsville Fire Department, White House Volunteer Fire Department and Nashville Fire Department responded to a residential structure fire in the 3100 block of Creekview Lane in Millersville. Upon arrival, the Millersville Police Department helped evict the sole resident from the home, officials said. The fire was quickly extinguished thanks to the combined efforts of the firefighters who intervened.

Multiple agencies responded to the home, including the Millersville Fire Department, Metro Nashville Fire Department, Sumner EMS, Rehab 55, the Red Cross and the White House Community Volunteer Fire Department.

Collaboration between these agencies made it possible to effectively contain and extinguish the fire. Authorities said the flames were quickly extinguished, making it a good stop for fire crews. The cause of the fire is still under investigation. No injuries were reported.
