Greater Syracuse Sports Hall of Fame Announces Class of 2024

SYRACUSE, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) –

From an Olympic champion to a BMX legend, the Greater Syracuse Sports Hall of Fame announced its Class of 2024 Wednesday afternoon at Driver’s Village. Seven notable former CNY athletes and three teams make up this year’s class. The induction dinner will be held on Monday, November 11 at the Oncenter in downtown Syracuse.


Class of 2024 Individual recipients:
Kim Black (swimming)
Jack Hanley (basketball/baseball)
Luke Hobika (golf)
Dave Mirra (action sports)
Pat Murphy (baseball)
Kristen Taylor (lacrosse)
Susie Wynne (figure skating)

Class of 2024 team recipients:
Corcoran women’s basketball (1997–1998–1999)
Fayetteville-Manlius women’s lacrosse (2004-2005-2006)
GP/Syracuse Express (1985-1986-1987)
