Missing Man, Forest Lake – Centennial

Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a 51-year-old Coochin man who has been missing since yesterday June 12.

Jason Burn, pictured, was last seen at a store on Grand Avenue in Forest Lake around noon and has not been seen or heard from since.

Police and family are very concerned for Jason’s well-being as his disappearance is unusual and he suffers from a medical condition that requires medication.

Jason is described as white, approximately 178 cm tall, of a solid build, with gray hair and wearing glasses.

Jason is believed to be traveling in a blue Mazda CX-3 with Queensland registration 911ZIK.

Anyone who saw Jason, or the Mazda CX-3 he was driving, is asked to contact police immediately.

Investigations continue.
