WORKSHOP OFFERED FOR THOSE INTERESTED IN SELLING THEIR AG PRODUCTS

The Oregon State University Extension Service invites agricultural producers to attend the “Don’t Get in a Jam, Learn to Sell Direct From the Farm” workshop on July 19.

This on-farm direct marketing workshop will take place at Brosi Sugartree Farms on Winston Section Road from 3:30 p.m. to 5 p.m.

A release from Extension states that this is the workshop to be attended by those currently selling or considering selling agricultural products. Participants will learn how to keep their products at the market, on the shelf or stored in an online store. The workshop will cover record keeping, labeling, legal products and more.

The workshop costs $10 to attend. Registration is required before July 15. Carpooling to the workshop is encouraged as parking may be limited.
