TooJay’s Announces New CEO, Launches New Menu Items

TooJay’s, the popular Florida restaurant known for its delicious and authentic deli-style menu, recently announced a series of popular additions to its extensive menu and the appointment of Mark Kirke as the company’s new CEO.

The following new towers, sandwiches and desserts are available at TooJay’s 20 locations across Florida, including the location at 2605 State Road 7 in Wellington:

Two new towers for 2 or 4 people — Nova: Thinly sliced ​​Nova salmon with capers, lettuce, tomatoes, red onion, cucumbers, cream cheese, bagel chips and bagels of your choice. For a limited time only, customers receive free mimosas when they order a Nova Tower for 2 or 4 people. Charcuterie: Three cold meats and two cheeses of your choice, accompanied by lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers and fresh bread.

Three exceptional new sandwiches — Six-Pound Mighty Jay: Six-pound sandwich with layers of turkey, roast beef, corned beef, Swiss cheese, coleslaw, lettuce and tomatoes.
