Reward offered for identity of man accused of sexually assaulting child in New Castle

The New Castle County Police Department is seeking the public’s help in identifying a man who allegedly sexually assaulted a child under the age of 12.

Police said the unidentified man was caught on surveillance footage entering a building on the first block of Chestnut St. in New Castle. Delaware Crime Stoppers is offering a reward of up to $5,000 for identification of the man or information leading to his arrest.
