‘Frustrating’: Kyrie Irving advised Mavs locker room to avoid making shocking mistake that ruined his life

Kyrie Irving opened his heart after a comeback victory at the American Airlines Center. The Dallas Mavericks star had nothing but wisdom to share after the dominant victory to open the account (1-3) in the final. The veteran guard has faced a lot of heat in the first two games, as the noisy TD Garden the crowd was behind the star with “Kyrie sucks” songs. And that ultimately affected his performance. However, in the next two games in Texas, the 8x All-Star found his rhythm and dropped an important tip.

During the post-game interview for NBA TV, Charles Barkley asked how frustrating it was for players to deal with outside noise. Irving responded by saying: “Yeah, it can be frustrating…I have a healthy relationship with social media (sarcasm) Yesterday I was just telling the guys as best I could to stay off social media. It’s not okay to let other people’s opinions enter our locker room. And I felt like in my past I had allowed this to happen…which brings me to these second thoughts.

Even though Kyrie Irving chose to stay away from social media, he couldn’t stay away from the noise. Especially after offending Celtics fans, the star struggled to succeed in Boston. Nevertheless, Uncle Drew I can’t do anything to control it. The only thing he can control is the opinions of critics and fans through various media sources.

Notably, Charles Barkley himself went after the star during the playoffs. In the middle of the Western Conference Finals series, Chuck broke down and made harsh comments about Irving over his political stance. However, fans immediately shut down the legend on social media.

Irving indeed seemed to have stayed away from the media, as he spoke to Chuck undeterred by previous criticism.

This is a developing story!
