Keith Bliven, KTIV operations director, and the KTIV First Alert Storm Tracker traveled to Stanton and Madison counties following the storms as they developed and caught a funnel cloud falling from a wall cloud several times around 6:30 p.m., just outside Pilger. Nebraska on June 15, 2024.

The funnel cloud descended and rose several times over several minutes. Sirens reportedly went off in Pilger.

This comes as Pilger prepares to mark the 10th anniversary of the twin EF4 tornadoes that passed directly through town on June 16, 2014, affecting more than half of the village of Pilger.

So far, no damage caused by this funnel has been reported.

KTIV is monitoring storm and damage reports and will provide more information as it becomes available.
