Greenville tasting room to close at end of year

GREENVILLE, SC (FOX Carolina) – A Greenville tasting room and restaurant has announced plans to close its doors at the end of the year.

Wandering Bard Meadery, located at 1320 Hampton Avenue Extension, Unit 3, said its lease at Hampton Station is up at the end of the year and there are no plans to renew it.

The last day the tasting room will be open will be November 3, exactly one day less than seven years to the day after it opened to the public.

The Wandering Bard Meadery said the tasting room may still have a future after it closes in November.
