Ferrovial announces the cancellation of its own shares

Railway (ES:FER) posted an update.

Ferrovial announced the cancellation of 13,245,104 own shares, following the completion of its buyback program and compliance with the conditions set by the General Meeting of Shareholders. This action will result in a reduction in the company’s share capital of 132,451.04 euros, with cancellation procedures to be initiated after compliance with the mandatory two-month waiting period and the necessary formalities.
