Anil Kapoor breaks his silence on replacing Salman Khan as reality show host

Bigg Boss OTT 3: Fans are both excited and a little skeptical about Bollywood actor Anil Kapoor joining as the new host of Bigg Boss OTT 3 in place of Salman Khan. Bigg Boss winner and stand-up comedian Munawar Faruqui asked Anil Kapoor about his comparison with Salman Khan at the Bigg Boss OTT 3 press conference on Tuesday. To which Anil replied that no one can really replace Salman.

Anil Kapoor added, “Munawar, this is a very bad question that was asked to me. No one can replace Salman Khan, and no one can replace Anil Kapoor either. Salman is very happy. I told him about it earlier. Let’s not create any controversy, this will happen in the Bigg Boss house.

He also said according to IndianExpress, “I have done many films and judged shows, but I have never done anything like Bigg Boss. I’m very excited about it. My friends and family members are very excited about the show. I took inspiration from my wife. When she found out I was doing this show, she asked me if I had seen her taking care of the house or not. I agreed and she then asked me to manage the Bigg Boss house in the same way. I’m just really excited,” he said.

Then, Anil Kapoor revealed his conversation with Salman Khan and made a hilarious joke about how he was aging backwards.

He told me, ‘Tu sabko sambhalna waise bhi tu umar mein mujhe chota dikhta hai (You look younger than me). Agar kuch gadbad huyi toh hum dono mil kar sabko theek kar denge.

When will Bigg Boss OTT 3 air?

Bigg Boss OTT 3 will release on Jio Cinema and will stream from June 21, 2024.
