Passenger Caught Trying to Smuggle Gun Hidden in Raw Chicken

A passenger was caught boarding a plane in the United States with a handgun embedded in a raw chicken.

The bizarre object was found at the Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport in Florida.

Photos posted online by the US Transportation Security Administration (TSA) – responsible for airport security – show the gun had been wrapped in brown tape before being hidden in the chicken’s cavity.

The TSA was quick to take advantage of the wealth of puns presented by this strange discovery.

“There’s a personal bird here,” her Instagram post began. “The plot falls apart as we get closer to Thanksgiving.

“For us, this is a time to be grateful that our officers are still working tirelessly to keep you safe.

“We hate to break it to you here, but putting a gun in your vacation bird for travel is just a waste of time.”

He adds that the idea “wasn’t even half-baked; it was raw, greasy and obviously unsupervised.”

“Whether you like it or not, there are rules for traveling with weapons and ammunition,” he adds.

Many social media users noticed the apparent stupidity of the gun owner’s plan.

“Don’t these people understand how X-ray machines work? » asked one person on Instagram.

Others welcomed the TSA’s “cheesy dad jokes” and added a few of their own.

“Maybe it’s a recipe?” Pollo with gun? said one of them. “Bang bang chicken,” offered another, while one joked “Glock a doodle doo.”
