Superplum presents ready-to-eat mangoes | Article

Carbide-free ripening technique ensures safe and reliable supply of ripe mangoes

Mango Superplum

Indian agritech company Superplum has launched ready-to-eat mangoes by leveraging new state-of-the-art automated ripening facilities.

India is the world’s largest producer of mangoes, but consumers generally find it difficult to reliably purchase ripe mangoes because the fruits on the market tend to be too raw or overripe, according to Superplum.

Superplum says its end-to-end supply chain and state-of-the-art automated ripening facilities help the company ensure safe, carbide-free ripening of mangoes that are chilled and delivered to customers ready to eat.

As with the rest of the Superplum product range, the company purchases directly from farmers and guarantees full traceability and product safety for consumers.

Superplum’s ripe, ready-to-eat mangoes are available on Amazon Fresh, in neighborhood stores and directly on the company’s website.
