LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — The Sphere, celebrating its first anniversary on July 4, revealed plans Thursday morning for an Independence Day show with a six-act show synchronized to music from the exosphere.

The Sphere will also launch two new features during its broadcast: XO Audio, personalized audio synchronized with Exosphere content from the Sphere, and and 7 days a week on its website.

“This July 4, we celebrate the Exosphere and all the ways it surprises and connects audiences around the world, building on its impact and reach,” said Jennifer Koester, president and COO. “With the launch of “XO Audio” and “XO Stream” as part of the Exosphere experience, brands and artists can create an even more immersive experience live and on social.

Performances will take place July 4 at 9:30 p.m. and 11:40 p.m. and will include fireworks, a nod to Nevada history, the best content presented over the past year and a pre-show ceremony showing the winning entry from the UNLV and CCSD student design challenge of the Sphere.
