Britvic executes share buyback; Cancellation of packages

Britvic (GB:BVIC) posted an update.

Britvic plc has successfully repurchased 34,293 of its ordinary shares under its ongoing share buyback programme, at prices ranging from 957 pence to 978 pence per share, and intends to cancel these shares. Morgan Stanley & Co. International Plc facilitated the transactions, which took place across various trading platforms on June 20, 2024, with a volume weighted average price of 966.12 pence per share.
