Mile Svilar’s new Roma contract is ready

Roma have completed the necessary paperwork for Mile Svilar’s new deal.

Svilar, who had not found space under Mourinho, gained the full confidence of the team with the arrival of De Rossi.

The Serbian goalkeeper will soon be rewarded for his impressive rise during the second half of last season.

Roma and Svilar’s entourage have worked closely in recent weeks to reach an agreement on a suitable contract extension.

As reported by La Gazzetta du Sport, Everything is ready at Trigoria for Svilar, Roma’s current first choice goalkeeper, to sign a one-year contract extension.

Additionally, Svilar will see his salary increase by up to 1.5 million euros.

The current contract expires in 2027 and would therefore be extended until 2028.
