Cariloop Appoints First General Counsel to Lead Legal Strategy Amid Growth »Dallas Innovates

Carly Duvall Le Riche has been named the first general counsel and chief legal officer of Dallas-based Cariloop, the leading global caregiver support platform.

CEO Michael Walsh welcomed Carly Gerstman to the leadership team, highlighting her role “during this next phase of our growth strategy.”

The company’s new head of legal will provide guidance and support to accelerate Cariloop’s growth, impact and performance, the company said. Le Riche will also oversee Cariloop’s ongoing compliance efforts, support intellectual property, employee relations, contracting efforts and manage investor relations alongside the executive team.

Prior to Cariloop, Le Riche was Deputy General Counsel at TreviPay and General Counsel at Spencer Fane.

Le Riche has worked with a wide range of startups and emerging growth companies on regulatory compliance and licensing matters, contract interpretation, employment matters and growth strategies. She also held positions at Dentons US LLP and Lathrop GPM and clerked for Senior Judge Nanette K. Laughrey in the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri.

Le Riche’s personal experience aligns with the organization’s mission and values, calling it a “dream come true.”
