Racist neighbors filmed throwing eggs at Asian family’s home

A South Korean family in Ottawa, Canada, said they faced harassment from their neighbors for two years. Gate security footage, which recently surfaced online, shows a man and woman throwing eggs, mocking Asian languages ​​and saying they “hate Asians” in the driveway of the family home in Barrhaven in early June.

• The family claims they were subjected to loud music, garbage thrown and racist insults towards authorities, but did not receive adequate support. A woman living in the house said the incidents have “severely affected our new home, disrupted our daily life and deprived us of sleep, health and happiness”.
