Cardi B delivers a message to the “Opp B*tches” who hate her

Cardi B’s long-awaited second album isn’t expected to be released until 2025. However, that hasn’t stopped the “WAP” rapper from dusting off the mic for several notable collaborations. But just as she was dropping guest verses, Cardi picked up a few rap beefs along the way.

Yesterday (June 21) at the 2024 Hollywood Unlocked Impact Awards, Cardi addressed those dustups and more while accepting the evening’s Inspiration Award.

“I just want to thank Jason (Lee) so much for this award,” she said. “I’m definitely my own biggest critic and I always say this: ‘No one has a harder life in the industry and in any genre than a female rapper, and I’ll tell you why.’ You have to have the best verse Not only that, you have to kill the charts On top of that, your personal life has to be perfect, otherwise the opposition bitches will use it against you.

Although Cardi didn’t name any of these haters, users online were quick to take it as an attack on BIA or Nicki Minaj (maybe even both).

Cardi then clapped back at those who continue to use her husband and fellow rapper Offset’s past infidelities to harm her.

“‘Your husband. Your husband.’ Shut up, she said. “I make more money than all the motherfuckers you fuck. So you know, it’s hard to be yourself sometimes. It’s hard to make it in music. because sometimes I don’t like to show weakness in my music because, ‘You can’t see the pussy in me, bitch.’
