Nickel Creek Platinum Announces Results of 2024 Annual and Special General Meeting

OAKVILLE, ONTARIO, June 25, 2024 /CNW/ – Nickel Creek Platinum Corp. (TSX: NCP) (“Nickel Creek” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce the results of its annual and special general meeting of shareholders (the “AGM”) held on June 25, 2024.

All of the following items were approved at the AGM by the required majority of votes cast by shareholders at the meeting:

• set the size of the Board of Directors at six;

• elect each director appointed by management;

• an ordinary resolution to approve the consolidation of the issued and outstanding ordinary shares of the Company on the basis of a maximum of 200 ordinary shares before consolidation for each ordinary share after consolidation; And

• appointing PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as auditor of Nickel Creek

The six Nickel Creek directors elected at the AGM are: Michele S.Darling, Mark fields, Stuart Harshaw, Wayne Kirk, Myron G. Manternach And David Peat. The votes for directors were distributed as follows:

Mr. Michel (Mike) Sylvestre had been a member of the Nickel Creek Board of Directors (the “Board”) since 2012 and did not stand for election at this year’s AGM.
