Robert F. Kennedy Jr. revealed an offer to Joe Biden that he said would shake up the 2024 election and help one of them defeat Donald Trump.

The nephew of former President John F. Kennedy and son of former Attorney General Robert F. Kennedy continued to run as a third-party candidate after losing to Biden in the Democratic primary.

Recent polls show he garnered 9% of the vote as an independent in a two-way race with Biden, Trump and other candidates.

In an interview with Dr. Phil on Wednesday, the longtime activist and environmental lawyer said he offered Biden a deal that would prevent him from being a “spoiler” candidate and help defeat Trump.

“We will both co-fund a poll in October, and whoever is less likely to beat Donald Trump will withdraw,” he said.

Robert F. Kennedy Jr. made an offer to Joe Biden that he said could give him every chance to enter the 2024 presidential race.

Kennedy has consistently cited a Zogby Analysis poll that shows Trump beating Biden in a head-to-head race, while RFK Jr. would beat the Republican or Biden head-to-head.

The Independent has doubts about Biden accepting the deal, which he says is still on the table, and says it proves he’s not trying to spoil the election.

“Do I expect him to take this deal? No, but I’m not a spoiler. A spoiler is someone who can’t win and stays and disrupts the expectations of someone who can,” Kennedy said.

He says Biden hasn’t even given a response to his deal at this point.

Kennedy discussed a wide range of topics on Dr. Phil Primetime, including what he believes he learned from his presidential uncle in times of crisis.

He specifically mentioned JFK’s handling of the Cuban Missile Crisis, the nearly two-week standoff between the United States and the Soviets over nuclear missiles deployed near Cuba.

Dr. Phil brought this up because many believe tensions between the United States and Russia are at their worst since the crisis, with some lawmakers believing Biden is “sleeping” America into repeating itself.

“I would do the same thing as my uncle. My father went to the Department of Justice and negotiated a deal.

The Independent has doubts about Biden accepting the deal, but says it would prove he’s not trying to spoil the election.

“My uncle had already ordered the removal of the missiles and the army had defied them. My uncle and my father made a secret agreement to remove the missiles on the condition that no one talked about it. »

He feared that Biden’s plan with NATO would bring America “closer to nuclear war than ever before in history since 1962.”

“It’s like the First World War, it’s people in power sleepily dragging us into a conflict we should have nothing to do with.”

Both Biden and Trump’s campaign teams are closely following Kennedy’s progress, especially after he successfully put his name on the ballot in another state – this time in California.

The Trump campaign fears he will hijack votes, essentially granting Biden a second term, because more Trump supporters switched to RFK than Biden supporters, according to NewsNation.

The Golden State is the third statewide race for which Kennedy and running mate Nicole Shanahan have officially qualified — the others being Utah and Michigan.

California is the state with the most electoral college votes in the country.

The two men also managed to obtain enough signatures to get on the ballot in seven other states, including New Hampshire, Nevada, Hawaii, North Carolina, Idaho, Nebraska and Iowa, but they did not have not yet been validated by electoral officials.

Trump and Biden have doubts about the effect Kennedy will have on the election.

Kennedy had run as a Democrat, but last fall he changed his candidacy to run as an independent and aims to appear on state ballots across the country in an effort to take on Biden and Trump, arguing that both are unfit to serve.

Although his campaign aims to gather signatures from all 50 states before the deadline, experts have suggested Kennedy would only need a handful of key battleground states to potentially impact the outcome on the day of the election.

Kennedy was denied access to the first debate between Biden and Trump, which will take place Thursday night.

He told Dr. Phil that he believed the Biden campaign told CNN it would boycott the debate if Kennedy had access.

The debate is scheduled for Thursday, June 27 at 9 p.m. and will last 90 minutes in Atlanta, Georgia.
