Why does WhatsApp stop on some phones?

The reason for the incompatibility is very simple: a increasing technical and software requirements from WhatsApp.

This means that the the aforementioned models will be below the required performance for the app to work properly with other phones.

However, it’s not quite over. If you have one of the templates above, you can also use WhatsApp Web from any browser (Chrome, Firefox, Opera, Edge…) without downloading or installing anything. Just search for the site online and you’re good to go.
