New Summer Hours and Tacos Galore at 520 Taco Stop

There are lots of tacos and burritos, but my real favorite is the vegan quesabirria tacos. They are so pretty, juicy and crunchy – delicious flavors all around. They’re also not too salty and the sides that come with the tacos make it even better.

Vegan quesadillas are also on deck, ready for you to try.

This summer, 520 Taco Stop, located at 10290 E. Speedway Blvd. (corner of North Houghton Road and East Speedway Boulevard) will be open Thursday through Sunday. Watch them distribute the goods from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Thursday to Saturday and 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday.

Keep in mind that their menu is about 50% vegan, so if you’re craving meat, they have that too!

The 520 Taco Shop is less known and underestimated. Bacon Wrapped Burrito And Carne asada burrito. I always go for the Vegan Jackfruit Birria but do whatever floats your boat!

Be careful: you risk falling head over heels.
