Reform UK campaigner filmed using racial slur to describe Rishi Sunak while campaigning for Nigel Farage in Clacton

A British reform campaigner has branded Prime Minister Rishi Sunak a “f****** p***” as he campaigned for party leader Nigel Farage.

Party activist Andrew Parker was caught using the racial slur while canvassing in Clacton, Essex, where Mr Farage is standing as an MP in the general election.

Mr Farage told Channel 4 News he was “appalled” and that he and other objectionable candidates “would be off the campaign”.

It comes after Reform UK dropped its candidate in Basingstoke, Hampshire, after it was revealed he was previously a member of the British National Party.

Mr Parker, who was filmed as part of an undercover investigation by Channel 4 News, said: “I’ve always been a Tory voter. But what really annoys me is this fucking mess we’re in. What’s the point? You tell me, you know. He’s just wet. Fucking useless.”

Mr Farage said he was “appalled” by the comments and claimed the campaigner had been excluded from his party’s local campaign.

Mr Parker also suggested that army recruits carry out “shooting exercises” on migrants arriving in small boats across the Channel.

Addressing a potential voter on his doorstep, he said: “You’ve made a deal, haven’t you. The place near Dover. Army recruitment. Get the young recruits out there, yeah, with guns on the fucking beach, target practice. Fucking shoot them.

“That’s what the Greeks did. You are aware. The Greeks were firing on all cylinders. Bradfordstan fence. Get the shit done. Do that too. And you have these bastards running our country. You must be joking, buddy.

He then told a man who claimed to be a paramedic, “Do us a favor. You’re a paramedic. Any of these assholes get in your ambulance, but don’t put oxygen on these assholes. Use something else. You know where I’m coming from.”

Long-time party activist George Jones, who organises events for Mr Farage, was also caught calling the Pride flag “degenerate” and LGBT+ people “casuals”.

In the secretly filmed exchange, Mr Jones reacted angrily when he saw a police car drive past a pub displaying an LGBT flag.

He said, “See that fucking degenerate flag on the front hood? What’s the point of the old bill promoting this crap? They should be there to catch casuals not promote these assholes.”

Going on to explain the Reform Party’s criminal justice policies, he said the party would “bring back the noose” and added: “Our police officers will be paramilitaries, they will not be police officers” and that the party should “bring back the noose.”

British Reform Party candidate Raymond Saint was dropped on Thursday after it emerged he was on a list of British National Party members.

The upstart party has been mired in controversy, with pro-Hitler and pro-Putin comments made by a number of candidates in recent months. Mr Farage blamed a third-party monitoring company for failing to do its job properly.

Ian Gribbin, standing in Bexhill and Battle, said Britain would have been “much better off” if it had “accepted Hitler’s offer of neutrality” instead of fighting the Nazis.

Mr Farage told Channel 4 News: “I am appalled by the reported comments from a handful of people associated with my local campaign, particularly those who are volunteers. They will no longer be part of the campaign. »

“The appalling sentiments expressed by some in these discussions bear no relation to my own views, those of the vast majority of our supporters or the policy of Reform UK. Some of the language used was reprehensible.

Mr Parker told the broadcaster: “I want to make it clear that neither Nigel Farage personally nor the Reform Party know my personal views on immigration.

“I would therefore like to sincerely apologize to Nigel Farage and the Reform Party if my personal views may have denigrated and discredited them, as that was not my intention. »
