Dijak Teases Possibility of Last-Minute Offer from WWE Before Free Agency Starts

Dijak had an exceptional run in NXT last year; However, his move to the main roster did not meet expectations and he will also be leaving WWE this week. In response to this development, he revealed his lack of interest in renegotiating a new deal with WWE.

Dijak’s contract was set to expire this month with no sign of renewal, and that turned out to be true. Dijak confirmed that June 28 will be his last day under contract with WWE, after which he will become a free agent.

Prior to his departure from WWE, Dijak appeared on Twitch with Mace and Mansoor. He shared his thoughts on the possibility of a new offer from WWE and made it clear that he wouldn’t be very interested in listening to an offer from WWE simply because of the nature of a WWE contract.

“I guess if they wanted to make me an offer now, they could. At this point, I’m not really interested in listening to it, simply due to the nature of a WWE contract. They can hire you and release you for no reason. They could pull a quick one on me. “You’re rehired. I’m kidding. You are fired.”

When Mansoor asked him if he would return to WWE if he was offered the Speedway Championship, Dijak made it clear that he had no intention of returning to WWE for the title. He added that if WWE came to him with huge numbers or promises, he would consider putting everything in writing.

“No. If they came to me with a massive number or promises or something like that. At that point, I would consider putting it in writing.

We also got a behind-the-scenes update on Dijak’s departure from WWE. Dijak himself revealed the significant cuts WWE has taken to his cameo income, so we’ll have to wait and see what the future holds for Dijak.
