Hit-and-run filmed in Merced

MERCED, Calif. (FOX26) – A person was hit by a car Tuesday afternoon in Merced and the driver failed to stop.

It happened in the 100 block of West Main Street.

The condition of the victim is not known at this time.

The Merced Police Department is investigating the hit-and-run and is asking community members to report any information about the car or driver involved.
