Biden team says it's 'fair' for Americans to consider his age when watching Trump debate

Voters are concerned about the age of US presidential candidates President Joe Biden and former President Donald Trump, with Biden’s camp acknowledging ahead of Thursday’s CNN showdown that it is a concern ” legitimate “.

Yet Biden campaign communications director Michael Tyler stressed on CNN that the debate would be more about the “contrast in the age of their ideas” rather than their ages.
