RED BLUFF—The Tehama County Board of Supervisors will discuss Tuesday whether to approve an agreement with APEX Technology Management. The company would provide the county with support services for servers, computers and networking at several county department buildings.

APEX Technology Management has been providing services to the county for several years.

The Remote Support Agreement maintains the Gold level of support for the Desktop service. The services provided under this agreement include unlimited remote support for servers, computers and networks. The On-Premises and Cloud Digital Umbrella Agreement provides daily backups of Office 365 online.

According to county staff, in previous years all services were consolidated into one agreement; however, the agreement changes became confusing when the services were changed. These Apex services are divided into two separate agreements for easy tracking.

The agreement would have a maximum of no more than $30,000 and would take effect on June 1, then end on June 30, 2025.
