Taylor Swift is perhaps Simone Biles’ biggest fan.

The Olympic champion gymnast used the singer’s track “Ready For It” for the start of her floor routine on the second day of the 2024 U.S. Olympic Gymnastics Trials on Friday, and Swift reacted to it on X.

“I’ve watched this so many times and I’m still not ready. But she’s ready for this 👏👏👏🥇🇺🇸❤,” the 34-year-old wrote on Saturday after a clip of the full routine was shared by NBC Olympics & Paralympics.

Biles, 27, began her routine to Swift’s track from her 2017 album, “Reputation,” while performing a triple-double — the “world’s hardest tumbling pass,” according to the video’s commentator. It’s a move Biles already made history with when she became the first woman to do it at the U.S. Gymnastics Championships in Kansas City, Missouri, in 2019.

Biles ended her routine with Travis Scott’s song “Delresto (Echoes),” featuring Beyoncé.

Her overall performance in the event helped her finish in first place during the first half of the women’s qualifiers.

Biles had some setbacks on the balance beam event at the Target Center in Minneapolis, Minnesota, but her routines on floor, bars and vault helped her finish the first half of the women’s qualifying round in first place.

Meanwhile, Swift wowed her own audience during the European leg of her Eras tour.

She is currently preparing for her third show in Dublin, Ireland later this evening.

On Saturday, the singer told the Aviva Stadium crowd that her album ‘Folklore’ had a strong connection to Ireland.

“Folklore in general only belongs to Ireland”, she explained to the audience after performing “Cardigan”.

“I imagined that the world of the album would resemble Ireland. A narrative with lots of different characters,” Swift added, referring to her stories in the album.
