Men’s Gymnastics in Paris 2024: Meet the American Team

Asher Hong

Stanford University sophomore and three-time All-American Asher Hong I loved the energy of the crowd during the U.S. Olympic Team Trials.

The 20-year-old was named the 2023 MPSF Freshman of the Year after winning the NCAA title on vault and with the team and bronze medal in the all-around. At the United States Championships later that year, he won his first major all-around gold medal with a score of 85.315.

A year before, he took sixth place in the all-around at the 2023 World Gymnastics Championships in Liverpool, United Kingdom.

Paul Judah

11-time All American from the University of Michigan Paul Judah put his name on the US Olympic team for Paris 2024 after finishing fourth after the two days of competition in Minneapolis.

In addition to the three NCAA titles (one all-around and two vault) he won during his collegiate career, he won the floor title at the 2023 U.S. Championships and helped the U.S. men’s team win a bronze medal at the 2023 World Championships, where he also reached the vault and high bar finals. Paris 2024 will be Judah’s first Olympics, and the tears that flowed after the announcement showed how excited the 22-year-old is about his debut.

Stephen Nedoroscik

Pommel horse specialist Stephen Nedoroscik posted the highest scores on the event on day one and the second highest on day two of the U.S. Olympic Team Trials, with a 14.450 on June 27 and 14.850 on June 29.

He has four U.S. titles on pommel horse, tying for the most in U.S. history. He also won the world title on the event in 2021 and the NCAA pommel horse title in 2017 and 2018, representing Pennsylvania State University.
