New Delhi: Delivery platform Blinkit has received praise from the internet after sending a sweet and thoughtful message to a hospitalized customer. The customer took to LinkedIn to express his appreciation for the brand.

Prabhat Motwani ordered a few items on the delivery app Zomato. Noticing the customer’s location, the app sent a special message and even prioritized the order. Motwani took to LinkedIn to talk about his experience.

“Blinkit’s small gesture just made my day. While ordering from the hospital, I saw this message on the Blinkit UI: ‘We noticed that your order came from a hospital. We send you and your loved ones our warmest wishes.’ It’s a small thing that they might overlook among thousands of customers, but it can lift the spirits of someone who has been hospitalized for the past few days. It’s great to see businesses go beyond transactions and show genuine care for their customers,” Motwani wrote with a screenshot of the message.
