$50,000 reward offered for information leading to arrest in 2023 murder of Los Angeles man

The Los Angeles City Council has approved a reward for information leading to the identification, arrest and prosecution of the person responsible for the murder of a man last year.

According to the Los Angeles Police Department, officers responded to calls of shots fired near the 3400 block of Emery Street in Boyle Heights around 4:30 a.m. on June 3 last year and found a man suffering from a gunshot wound.


He was pronounced dead at the scene. He has been identified as Noah Martinez, 25.

More than a year later, authorities are still searching for suspects.

Authorities announced Monday that a $50,000 reward would be offered for information leading to the identification, arrest and prosecution of a suspect.

No description is available, and there is no information regarding the shooting.
