IIn this edition of our newspaper-letter, we emphasize the inspiring graduations on the neighboring islands and celebrate the signing of bills We also signed bills to support our Native Hawaiian communities, make health care more accessible, and help our health care workers stay in Hawaii.

We also bring you a glimpse of a historic event we were honored to host, the 13th annual Festival of Pacific Arts and Culture (FestPAC). This extraordinary 10-day festival provided a unique opportunity to showcase Hawaiian culture. heritage and establish deeper connections within our Pacific Island nations.

Mahalo to all the cultural practitioners, artisans and curators who have worked tirelessly for yearsalongside our dedicated Festival Director, Aaron Salā to carry out FestPAC. Thanks also to our indigenous institutions and organizations, and our community for making this a success festival. It has been an incredible undertaking,
and we are proud of the way our diverse nations came together to do this extraordinary event
a reality.
